Our hotel-restaurant is situated in the great wine production area Lison-Pramaggiore, located between the regions Veneto and Friuli. We offer a seasonal cuisine using typical, locally grown products. We prefer leaving seafood to others, as we do not want to conform to fashionable cuisines without their own history. We offer a modern interpretation of typical, local recipes which have made the Italian, Venetian and Friuli way of eating famous.
